What we collect

Through the request form: name, phone and/or email, site type, location and your description. The form collects nothing else.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data only to reply to your request and prepare a quote. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). We don't sell data or pass it to third parties for marketing.

Retention

Your request is sent to our mailbox and is not stored on the web server. If no contract follows, we delete the correspondence within 12 months at the latest. Web server logs (IP address, time, page requested) are kept for up to 14 days for security.

Cookies and tracking

The site uses no cookies, analytics or third-party services.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion by writing to security@digisoov.ee. You can lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee).
